Paradise Canyon can earn up to 4% of your purchases every time you swipe your Ralphs Rewards card. But you need to register! Starting September 1, 2008 your old club card will not benefit PCY- only the Rewards cards will earn money for our school. So register now on the One Check Order Form or call Lori Moody at (818) 952-5645 with the following information:

• Ralphs Reward card number (12 digits starting with 477 on the the back)
• Cardholder Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• PCY Student Name
